Fantastic Services poor area coverage and yearly subscription being useless

We contacted FS to get a cleaning service, they contacted us immediately and provided a team of 2 individuals to clean our property. After the first session they called us again and sold us the idea of a yearly subscription which we agreed as we were very satisfied with the cleaners. The subscription was sold as a way to get discounts on other services. We paid the subscription and one day later we got a call from our relationship manager to try to sell us other services, gardening one of them which we took. When asked about guttering and other services they told me , no worries let us check and we will come back with what it is covered in your area. Surprise was nothing else's apart from cleaning and gardening FS had coverage. We decided to let it go as we were happy with the cleaning that was our main reason for hiring them After a second session we started receiving cancellations and since last week we got an email stating that FS don't have cleaning services in our area. I asked for a refund of my yearly contribution as we couldn't benefit at all and their answer was you can still use your gardening service and I replied this is not the main reason why I hired you. I decided to cancel my next gardening service and asked them to cancel my account as we are very disappointed with the resolution to our query about getting back our yearly subscription, as we haven't benefited at all. FS is still calling, trying to convince us to stay for just gardening. I can't recommend this entity. Thanks We just got a call from FS customer service, and they have agreed to refund us the yearly subscription fee hence we have increased the star rates. Thanks
