Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Fast and easy. I booked the service for furniture removal same day and they showed up on time and moved my waste item in less than 30 seconds and were very friendly. I had a query and customer service contacted me back.

I recently joined Fantastic Services and opted for their window cleaning service, which was advertised to include cleaning the window frames. On the day of the service, the cleaner arrived on time but spent only 15 minutes cleaning both the inside and outside of the windows, including the gutters. Unfortunately, the cleaner used what appeared to be a dirty cloth to wipe down the glass and did not bother removing the water marks from the outside. This issue was pointed out to the cleaner at the time. Additionally, the window ledges and frames were completely neglected. Once the water dried, clear stains and marks remained on all the windows, and the frames were still dirty and untouched. We contacted Fantastic Services to report these issues and were told that someone would get back to us within a few hours. That was two days ago. Despite multiple calls and messages via the app, we have yet to receive a response. We have repeatedly asked to be contacted, but they expect us to wait by the phone for three days until someone eventually calls. The only response we've received is through their app, where they express appreciation for our frustration. This is simply not good enough and is extremely unprofessional. We are extremely frustrated with the lack of service from this company. Please do not post a generic message asking us to contact you to resolve the issue. You are fully aware of the situation and have had three full days to provide a resolution, yet you have ignored our calls and messages. Please avoid this company at all costs. Do not use!

Asen came round to make a kitchen cabinet bigger. He was very helpful, polite and worked fast. He fixed my issue. Am using fantastic services again, very experienced trade workers.

I have had these wonderful cleaners before and will always ask for them in the future. They do a fantastic job, everything sparkling clean and they ask you to inspect everything afterwards. It was a very hot day and I had to plead with them to take breaks to take water on board! Both cleaners commented that they don’t need 4 hours to clean my house, just 3, yet the Fantastic Services app and the lady on the phone said it was not possible to clean my size of house in that time. I booked and paid for 4 hours, but infact in agreement with the cleaners it only took them 3 hours 3 mins. They are very efficient.

Veselin and Ognyan were fantastic they were fast, very polite men and completed the job very well they took care to be careful and considerate with my belongings I would most certainly use these men again for my removals
