Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Do not use this company! I booked furniture assembly for a specific time. An hour after the agreed time, no one turned up. I called numerous times ans advised they couldn't get hold of the contractor and someone will call back. 4 hours later and still waiting for the contract to arrive. They said the previous job over ran but didnt have the common courtesy to inform me! I have called over 10 times to get an update!
