Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Had a very good experience with Tiyanna, very good at her job, cleaned with care not just for the sake it looked cleaned but so it was actully clean , left my house looking like home again

Daniel was brilliant! So friendly and he went above and beyond- even managing to sort the limescale problem in my toilet (which previous cleaners had been unable to do!) Definitely recommend
