Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Arranged a house clean weeks ago - three hours before they were due to arrived I got a call to say one of the cleaners was ill and that they had pulled the job - they feigned a search to find someone else but called 30 mins before the job was due to start confirming no one was coming. The whole purpose of using an agency is to have the assurance and back up to cover the job. The supervisor was supposed to call me at my convince- but didn't and furthermore I was told the owner doesn't speak to customers - please think carefully about placing your business and hard earned cash with Fantastic Services- you are more than likley to be let down. I am now waiting for my money to be refunded. Shocking service .

We have used the gardening service before - this time my husband was at work, and I was busy inside. A quick discussion about what I needed - they worked so hard, and got it all done - very happy - we will use again (and again). Very professional.
