Customer service rep very helpful.

Having a very hard time receiving information about my order that I placed 11/25/2023, never imagined it would take 30 days to receive my order. I have tried to reach out numerous times only to get tracking numbers that send me in circles. Extremely frustrating absolutely positively do not recommend.

I had problems with the return of a faulty sat nav that broke when I was outside the UK, and with getting its replacement, but FactoryOutletStore did finally sort out the problem and refund me the costs. It should have been a little easier but the all's well that ends well.

Choices limitted with little or no detail. The timing of this "experience" is lousy. Try in a week when Iv'e recieved my flaps and installed them

A complete scam. Do not spend your hard earned money to fund this disgrace of an retailer. I've been waiting two months for a refund. With each inquiry (ie,, 4 contacts) I'm told, "It will be complete in two business days". My next stop is the Attorney General. Bottom line... Steer clear.

I ordered Sonicare replacement heads on July 31, 2023. I waited over a month and called. They said they were not in stock but would be in about 2 weeks and would ship then. I did this 2 more times and as of today (Dec 1, 2023 - 4th call) they are still not in stock. My original item was $31.96 and now it's listed as in stock for $93.99. Clearly they do not want to honor the original price they sold it to me for. I found a suitable replacement on their website and said send me these instead. Reply was: Oh, they're not in stock either even though the website says they are In Stock. Then she says the website has not been updated. If that is the case, they're selling inventory they don't have in stock. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE 10, I WOULD. What a bunch of CON artists!!!! Don't order from these "people". To factory outlet: don't bother with a pathetic response, I'll never read it... juist get me my refund!

Courteous People

Website is Very user friendly. If I have questions, there is a phone number for me to call before I place my order. I enjoyed this purchase. Made it real easy. Almost feel like second guessing myself. LOL
