    Very poor customer service

    I bought a refurbished product (Bluetooth headset) in March 2023. I did not get around to using it for several months which is on me. The product they sent me does not work. Because they sent me a defective product I decided to contact them. They did return my call a few times. I then called the specific person back, who had called me and used the phone number and extension he provided in his voicemail. I left him a voicemail and waited about a week and a half. They did not return my call. I called them again and again had to leave a voicemail. Just trying to reach someone to discuss the matter has been difficult and frustrating. After submitting this review, I received a phone call. The representative offered to give me a good deal on a new headset. I found this absurd. Why would I spend more money at a company that sold me a defective product? I requested an exchange but that wasn't allowed. I also requested to speak to this person's boss but was told they don't speak to customers at that level. That was the end of our conversation. I encourage you to not buy from this company as they sell defective products and do not test them sufficiently.

    Received a Garmin watch as a present

    Received a Garmin watch as a present, but it was sent with the wrong charging cable. Took them 6 weeks to let me know they couldnt send me the right one (apparently due to supply issues) and offered a return and refund. I just went on Amazon and bought one for less than a fiver, but frustrating that they were not able to resolve what should have been a simple query.

    Annoyed

    My inbox is entirely overtaken by your email advertisements. I’ve had 6 separate emails since 7 am and it’s only 4pm. A company should stand on their quality and service, and trust customers to return for those reasons, not bludgeon us to the point where seeing your name brings feelings of annoyance and disgust. If I need you, I’ll find you. Until then: UNSUBSCRIBED

    Unacceptable service from Factory Discount

    Did not receive product. I’ve emailed 6 times without a response. I sent them a cancellation after 15 days without a response or update and bought a phone from Verizon.

    Order no 1043 Scam company

    Order no 1043 Took a chance on a tik tok ordering site purchased 3 stanley cups on 5th December after numerous emails and the tracking site is fixed as when following the track very little movement after making yet another complaint mid January and again told to be patient to find that the tracking information updated to say that it had been delivered two weeks earlier. I have CCTV and no package has ever been delivered. Asked for a refund of which the company ignore my emails. Be very cautious of this company they SCAM you

    Chance gone wrong

    I placed my order on 11/25/2023 and have yet to receive any tracking information, any updates, or emails from the company about my order. I did confirm with my bank they received payment. Every time I go to the site, it says it’s closed. I’d say that any chance of me getting anything I purchased almost 2 months ago, I’m not getting. I took a chance on a Tik Tok shopping, I’m not doing that again.
