Complete rip off, quality is not great at all. The vip membership is a scam because all the clothes are very expensive and low quality.

As a runner, I always find the right gear at the Running Sports Store.

The website is really really flaky on mobile I’m using an iPhone and safari and my experience placing an order wasn’t great. - Randomly the page would reload - After adding items to cart I then got an error telling me that ‘a problem occurred’ and I was returned to the Home Screen with an empty shopping basket - After logging in with PayPal and choosing my (valid) address, the site wouldn’t let me place an order until I re rendered an address using the sites address function. When I did this it didn’t show my surname and is t said NULL as my surname I’ve been in software testing for 25 years so if you need some help with this please let me know EDIT after response To suggest that you recommend using desktop and Chrome is extremely naive and will cut your audience significantly. Not a great business move. Most people shop from their phone nowadays (I can point you to the source for this if you like) Secondly - where exactly do you make this recommendation about using desktop and chrome? I don’t see it anywhere on your website. Using analytics you can find what technology is being used to place orders, you should be using this data to test your site effectively. I just had a look at a product earlier and the size guide didn’t load. Think about how many people are not continuing with their order because the site doesn’t perform well. I hope this was useful for you guys. Whoever is testing / developing your site needs to be finding these things

Your website is slow and difficult to find things. Payment section is also clunky, tried to make payment 3 times but asked for billing address which was correct.

The products are so amazing. The fabric is really durable and comfortable, a previous pair I literally spilt bleach down the whole side and not a SINGLE mark. Genuinely. The bras are just as good. Can absolutely say they are the best. Definitely sign up for VIP though, even just for the month you buy and then cancel because it can be extremely expensive without it. But even so I’d say totally worth it.

This the easiest way to buy sport wares. I love the quality and the rewards they offer for VIP clients. Thank you Fabletics for making my day brighter!

Awful experience. Offers are a lie. Wasted over an hour building a basket based on offers that were the first thing advertised on the website, signed up for the membership to get the offers, and then when I got through to checkout the price increased. Turns out the offer only applies once. Nowhere did it say that you can only use it once. This is the two leggings for £19 offer. Absolute crap and a total waste of my time.

I’ve been a VIP member since 2022, and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the quality of the materials in the items I’ve ordered over the years. I’m also really happy with the service—thank you for consistently providing such a great experience!

Do not become a VIP Member! You pay more than normal They try to get you to buy again rather than use your credits You cant communicate with them Its impossible to find out how to stop your payment once you are a member!!
