We had a set of 6 new windows by EYG the men on site for 2 days (Jordan and Gaz) over 2 days Worked very hard in inclement conditions on the first day and came back on the second. Can't speak too highly of their skills and manner and cleanliness on the job.

Informative courteous tidy

EYG Windows fitted our front home windows today with incorrect sized windows. The measurements are no where near correct and the fitters have used 6 inch plastic packers to fill the very large gaps that are clearly apparent. My home is looking horrendous inside and outside and I contacted the branch to telephone me back to discuss and they failed to call me back. We were looking seriously forward to getting new windows and now we feel deflated. I have now emailed them an official complaint. I have now updated this feedback a few weeks later as I have sent a few emails now to management. Not one single apology from anyone at the office and very little responses back. As you will see from the response from Lisa below - I provided further information and no investigation has taken place after 4 months. Although my windows have now been rectified no apology and no investigation into why this happened in the first place. Everyone you speak to will avoid blame at all costs. You will also note the sharp tone in the response below which is indicative of the culture.

Just had one of their door canvassers turn up on my doorstep. Extremely rude and unprofessional. EYG door canvassers need to learn to be a little more polite. The door canvasser decided in his wisdom to call me a "helmet" as he walked off. A bit of an unusual and ridiculous comment.

Today we had two Guys from EYG named Gary & Joe, complete our conservatory. Well I could not believe they complete the job in two days, this was to a very high standards . In today world it’s very hard to find contractors with such a fantastic work ethic. These guys not only produce first class standards but they worked right through the day even working while having their drinks and lunch. They were polite and professional. It was a pleasure having two experienced Men working on our home. We can’t not thank you enough and your an absolutely credit to EYG. We will certainly recommend you to everyone we know. We requested EYG to estimate for some work, nobody turned up, no cancellation, no apology, no nothing, time wasters.

After several quotes we decided to go with EYG because they are local, have a good reputation and were reasonably priced. We are having front and back doors and inside patio doors replaced, polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with a Hybrid roof and soffit and facias replaced. The first part of the work has just been completed with all the doors being replaced. The quality of the products and the workmanship of Phil B and Ray was superb. Arrived on time kept me informed throughout, made sure all the fitting were perfect, going beyond their remit to make sure area around the doors blended in well, and kept the area very clean. Thank you Guys.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Mark and Damien did an amazing job. They take care in their work and cleaned up when completed, very professional, polite and respectful of our property we can’t thank them enough. We had such a bad experience with another window company and nothing was too much to ask, every request was met immediately and they restored our trust. Would highly recommend.

The rain deflector on the bottom of my door has the green paint chipped off. There is some black sealant on the inside of the glass of the window above my door. Overall not great quality.

Just had 20 year old conservatory windows and roof replaced by Kev & Alan, working for EYG. They were friendly, professional, efficient and managed to put up with an old man asking endless questions without getting grumpy. Their work ethic is second to none; turned up promptly, worked hard to get the job done in the allocated time-frame, cleaned up after themselves, no bad language, and DID AN EXCELLENT AND ABSOLUTELY PERFECT JOB. The finished conservatory looks far better than when it was first built in 2002 and is the envy of my neighbours. Brilliant job done by a brilliant couple of guys. I unhesitatingly and unreservedly recommend them and EYG.

Was a 2 to 3 day job to change my windows and door but took over 2 months over 20 visits poor service they whould turn up with one window each day no dust sheets no bags for the feet i had to take 2 more weeks off work at a cost to me at 2000 and they nock off 250 quid over 9 panels of glass needed replacing after they fitted new one and 3 window everything has be put right in the end but took a long time and a few phone calls to get it put right and they give me the bill half way through the job and said where all done nail give me a heat attack give them more details like they ask and they never get back to you

Honestly the worst service! Double the price of the company Victoria doors and windows Hull. We switched asked for deposit back and took weeks to arrive only after I begged! The service from salesman to fitting absolutely shocking and a complete rip off! I’ve never wrote a review but so angry and the more I talk to people I am by far not the only one! A Good Efficient Service At The Right Price

We had a front door and side panel and a back door fitted today by Neil and Kai. They have done a brilliant job and their workmanship is first class. The quality of the doors is excellent too. Well done EYG!

As someone who is only too ready to write a letter of complaint, should the need arise, I feel that by the same token when someone has done something well it should be recorded. On Monday 20th December, your installer Cameron came to our house to install a set of patio doors. From start to finish, despite working alone, he carried out the job to a wonderful standard. Also, importantly, his ability to communicate with the customer was very good indeed. We are delighted with the result, the doors are a quality product and the fitting carried out to a high standard. I would definately recommend EYG to friends and family. May I also add that my wife and I were also delighted with the sales team, when we originally ordered the doors. Very pleased that the quote was 'realistic' right from the outset, without trying to haggle the price down as has been the policy of sdouble glazing companies for too many years. Well done, we were delighted with the price quoted and time frames for the work to be carried out. Overall we are delighted with our purchase. Thank you. Mr and Mrs R Crabtree.

It has taken 14 months to complete the job, the end product looks good it was just the time the whole process took.

Installation of my patio door was started and completed on the16/12/21 I am very happy with the door and the workmanship of the fitter,every thing was left clean and tidy, great company would highly reccomend.

Excellent, professional company. Any issues dealt with satisfactorily. Had used this company previously & would continue to use & also recommend. Workmanship & materials excellent quality.
