Excellent service from estimates, surveyor, fitting and a quick response to a request to make a last minute change with restrictors. The guys who fitted worked hard and kept the areas clean. Really pleased.

Bifold doors. We purchased some bifold doors blind really as the salesman could not provide us with any pictures/brochures of the product. However we agreed to buy these. We were told that there would be a sixteen week wait for these which would have been February; however, they were fitted two months early. We requested that these should be fitted with internal handles only but when they came there was an exterior handle also fitted. On reflection, this may be good as it does mean that if the door closes accidentally from the outside we can still get in! The salesman did not include an indoor cill which was pointed out by the surveyor when he came to do the final measuring. However, after some discussion, this was supplied. The two guys who fitted the doors were excellent. They worked efficiently and left the area looking really tidy afterwards. On the whole we are pleased and look forward to making full use of these when the weather turns warmer!

The whole process from initial contact to completion was stress free, the products (a door and window) seem to be well manufactured and the installation and installation team were very clean and tidy and did a good job. These items have only been installed a short while hence the 4 stars, but based on my experience would recommend.

We are delighted with our windows and the installation of them, even though a couple of teething problems occurred it was put right with no problem. Everyone we dealt with were highly professional and helpful.

Installation delayed due to supply problems,the installation was carried out well and hitches rectified with alacrity.We are happy with completed work.

Although we waited longer than usual (owing to COVID problems and trouble with imports - not forgetting a company that had to giveup trading) we have been very pleased with the doors that we had installed. Not only that but we had very kind professional fitters that got on with the job and cleared up well after the installation. I see no reason to fault them - contact me in 10 years' time and if I am still here - I will let you know how the doors have fared. Thank you.

Quality product but let down by customer service. Original time scale was 6 weeks for fitting, ended up waiting 6 months

Very poor service this time round, has used EYG, approx 6 years prior and had NO problems, this time however, everything fine until day before fitting, received phone call on the day, at 08.05 to inform me fitters would not be coming as they had quit, so we now had to wait another 6 weeks, on the day of fitting, no communication from company, at 10.45, having tried to ring on several different numbers, all to no avail, I went to find local office to cancel order, now wish I had. Passed EYG van on way so waited a while, phoned my wife to find out they had turned up. Two fitters, experience doubtful. Unloaded windows and doors and started work (lol). Long story short, broke chair, didn't say anything, very poor fitting of bay window, still not happy with that, told would receive compensation for all inconvenience, still waiting for that, would I recommend, not a chance,have had numerous telephone calls, but it would appear all a lip service, your fitters had no respect for my outside furniture, and they lied when they left stating my bay window was all sorted, funny how when I went to look,the lead was left in such a state, I had to get my steps out to push it all down until someone else was sent out to rectify ALL the problems they had left me with
