We have seen a significant improvement in our little one's results and inclination to subjects at school and in general.

Our Granddaughter was getting quite anxious with her GCSE's fast approaching, especially her mathematics. We found out that Explore Learning was offering GCSE Mathematics coaching sessions and she immediately wanted some extra tuition with them. She has not looked back, almost 1 to 1 coaching, starting with the basics and then getting up to level 8 / 9 GCSE questions, which has boosted her confidence immensely. She is obviously enjoying these twice weekly sessions as she is always ready to go 20 minuted in advance and comes out smiling. Thank you Explore Learning - you are making the difference.

My Son really enjoys his online sessions and looks forward to them every week. Excellent customer service delivered by the Explore at Home Elm Centre. Chanele is an excellent tutor, very engaging and knowledgeable and so patient with my son. He gets on so well with her and this makes learning easy. Following tutoring sessions with Courtney, my son went on to receive an amazing result in the SEAG transfer exam (Northern Ireland 11+ equivalent), achieving a score in the top 1% of all entrants. He could not have done any better, and is now preparing to go to his first-choice grammar school. Courtney provided excellent teaching during the sessions, and we are so grateful for all her help, patience, and expertise in helping my son not just achieve his goal but exceed it. We've since been using the service for our younger son, who has also made good progress, as well as enjoying the sessions. In addition to the excellent tutoring sessions, we found access to the learning portal really useful for practice questions outside of sessions, and my sons enjoyed collecting coins as motivation. I have much more faith in the structure of the tutoring sessions via the learning portal on Explore Learning than the traditional in person tutor, where you're very much reliant on the individual tutor's preparation and memory to identify and prepare the topics on which the child needs more focus. The portal is a much more efficient use of tutoring time, with it's automated tracking of weak areas and ready-prepared questions. The portal allows both parent and tutor to easily keep track of progress and weaker areas. Having the sessions online from home is much more convenient for us too, to save time in our family's busy schedule. The only thing I would say is that if you're based in Northern Ireland, the system is not designed specifically for our curriculum so, as a parent you are best to familiarise yourself with the NI curriculum and SEAG test content. However, the portal and tutoring seems to go beyond the NI curriculum, rather than have any gaps, so you're more likely to end up learning a bit more than needed, which is a good thing in my opinion. Overall, it's an excellent service. Becky and Jenny have always been quick to respond to any questions on the service/sessions, and they proactively sought feedback and offered a progress review, which impressed me. We have been extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend. We will definitely continue to use.

My 15 year old has been having weekly tutoring with Farida at explore learning Acorn for 7 months and the improvement in his maths is unbelievable, he is naturally good at maths but lacking confidence in applying this, Farida has been able to break down the barriers where he was lacking understand and feels ready to tackle his GCSEs in which he has improved his predicted grades from a 5 to a 7. Sessions are easily booked and are manageable, no system issues and one that was on our end we were guided to a work around, the girls always kept in touch and it’s been a positive experience all round, we look forward to using you again in the future

I had a progress meeting with Krupa at explore learning in ruislip to discuss my 6 year old and 8 year old's progress of their weekly sessions. I was incredibly impressed with krupa's professional approach and the immense detail she provided for both of their progress in Maths and English. Krupa answered all my questions and concerns and i felt happy that my children are part of a great place to develop their learning outside of school. I'm so pleased we joined explore learning in Ruislip 16 months ago and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of joining!

They are always willing to help, the tutors are really friendly and patient with my child and I’ve seen his confidence grow immensely since joining. I will be sure to recommend the Centre to everyone at church!

The learning process for kids, the opportunity to have progress meeting and discuss any challenges or way to better the learning for the kids. Also if you can’t make it you are able to change the dates on time do a date that suits. There is a lot of availability time slots.

JURY OUT? recommended to me by a parent so far i have had a very bad experience with this company and we have not even got to the learning yet. Firstly i signed up for a in-person tuition trial at their new cross centre. Then i thought rather than drive i would try it online first so i changed the appointment to online. I thought they would contact me about the new online appoinment they have my number i changed it but they didnt so at the time i was there with my child who i rushed home from school but no one called or emailed to give any info or even to check if i was waiting and had problems joining which i did, why didint they call? I tried to call explore learning but for all centres and online they just they have one number who after 5 calls over next few days just states no one is available... i really thought the company had gone bust as so little effort and what about a receptionist for all centres and online rather than waiting until teachers are out of a lesson? I thought i would try again and this time was given online appointment from start - but as i was unsure if they would show up i called and emailed. they called me back the next day where i asked the lady what happened, she said she didnt know and i said fine. I asked if the appointemnet later was taking place as again taking 2 children home quicklyh in traffic but she said she didnt know, and online was separate departent. I said ok but surely you have on computer or can call then as its same company and she said not really and i was like you are the same company why cant you find out as i need to know.... she said i have had enough of this have a nice day and put the phone down? i was streesed and needed to know and she was no help at all. i called back another person answered who to be honest was much better at dealing with people and asked me to email him screenshots of appoinments so he could investigate. I did but the very small pictures did not get through as issue with their email mailbox and i have to tell him his mailbox was full - does this company not know this? so still not sure if online would happen i was waiting and this time i had a link to use. The appoinment was fantastic so my hope was renewed ... that night i tried to sign up but the website wouldnt take the payment kept going to a page saying whoops this page does not exist? tried again same thing and another hour wasted - have i paid i dont know tried again same thing. jury is out as we have not been given a tutor yet , and the free trial was great but emails dont work website payments dont work, cant log in, no one ever answers the phone no one calls so lets see but i dont have high hopes.

Terrible customer service and also some terrible tutors you need to be very selective with who you are given. I’d take your money elsewhere I see your reply - but I have been given some terrible tutors over the year, no refunds for sessions your system failed for. The system does not work and should be invested in for improvement, performing well under par for what I expect for the money you are charging.

My child absolutely loves attending Explore Learning and looks forward to every session. The staff are always enthusiastic, professional, and do care about the children's progress. They create a welcoming and supportive environment and are always so positive. The full team are amazing and work brilliantly with my child. I’ve noticed clear progress in my child’s understanding and confidence since starting almost a year ago. I like the fact that they give regular, helpful feedback on my child’s progress which keeps me informed and involved in my child’s learning journey. I highly recommend this service to any parent looking for extra support with their child’s education!
