Staff amazing .

I hv been with EL for like 13-14 yrs. and it’s an amazing Tution center. The way their tutors teach is absolutely remarkable. But they shud try introducing cheaper Tution options for struggling families.

I have had a great experience with my daughter’s learning. She is currently an online learner at Explore Learning, Oldbury. Learning sessions are tailored to her learning needs following discusions with parents and also initial assessment. This is followed by detailed quaterly Progress Review Meetings. My daughter’s Tutor, Amarpreet has taken time to understand my daughter’s learning needs and makes time to give detailed feedback after every session. My daughter used to be shy however she finds Amarpreet approachable and able to ask for help if she is stuck on a question. As a parent, I find Amarpreet is able to ask guiding questions to get my daughter to think through the challenges and come up with an answer. This has helped to boost her confidence. Prior to online sessions, my daughter used to attend at the centre, Sarah and also other staff members were always welcoming with a friendly smile. They knew my daughter well and when I needed help over some concerns, they always had time to listen and address any concerns I had. I would recommend Explore Learning to other parents.

Great facility, fantastic support, flexible, learning is tailored to the individuals need and ability. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

The service is easy to use, the website with info is very helpful butmost importantly all the team that we have dealt with have been super supportive and helpful. Despite his initial reservations, my son has built an amazing rapport with his tutor and has thrived so much! He is now excited to join the sessions!

Lovely concept. Unfortunately the interface does not encourage continuous guidance of the child and I think a lot of dependence is placed on technology.

For us online classes are very useful and well.

I like explorer learning. My daughter has been with them for over a year and we had various tutors as they kept on leaving but have now settled in one who thankfully has not left. All sessions are over the internet. I would give them more stars but they have stopped running sessions on Sunday which is a complete pain. It now means we have to have a lesson on Saturday which is a complete nightmare as she goes swimming and does other activities which she now has to give up. Sundays are the best as it’s kind of get ready for school day and works with the life balance. They just don’t understand especially when the tutors themselves are saying they don’t agree with cancelling Sunday sessions also! Why not let the tutors decide and more importantly the parents!?!?

My daughter hated maths at primary school and used to get anxiety before attending maths lessions, asking if she could have the day off school as a way out...this continued into secondary school. My daughter was so stressedshe broke down. I told my daughter..."i got this". I came across Explore Learning and felt to take a gamble. My daughter started with Explore Learning and initially felt stressed if she got the answered wrong but the tutors were very quick to put my daughter at ease and make her see that getting an answer wrong was all part of learning. As the months passed I received updates as to her progress. My daughter took pleasure in showing me what she understood and learnt and her only regret was that she didn't have their tuition style for maths from primary school. My daughter has excelled so much since this journey when she was scoring a level 1 at school to now be at level 4 -5. I cannot thank you enough for your support from a mother who is rubbish at maths and dreaded any maths homework presented to me by my daughter. She is smashing maths now.....and I no longer need to support her for this subject. If anything...my daughter will try to teach me and I am now the one ducking out. I could write more.....I found it pricey each month but looking back.....it was worth every penny. Support was provided by The Walnut Centre

I am very impressed with the technology integrated into children's learning, so that my children learn while having fun. My son has learning difficulties and I always thought he would only learn with 1-2-1 torturing, but I am amazed at the results obtained in two months of the course, with my children attending twice a week. Thank you for this wonderful teaching method. I hope more and more children can benefit from it!

Our experience with Explore at Home Elm, has been excellent. Our child is now fully engaged during sessions and genuinely looks forward to the weekly lessons. Kirat, the tutor, has done a fantastic job of minimising distractions and creating a focused, supportive learning environment. We've seen noticeable improvement in both English and maths, and we're really pleased with the progress so far.

I cancelled my membership at the Leeds Moortown Centre as the management is honestly terrible. The monthly charge was increased in April without even asking, and the male manager wanted to put the price up again from June. He was really rude and kept cutting me off when I was talking about the matter, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, the tutoring quality does not justify the high cost.
