Candy Evans and her team were very helpful and supportive. They made the process of buying the property seem much easier. The process was very fast as they are always on the head of every step. I would strongly recommend them, they are very professional and caring about the clients.

We viewed a few properties with Evans and eventually found the right one to buy. Evans where super quick ar responding throughout the whole process, very friendly and professional too. We didn't have any issues at all, very honest with their feedback and property viewings. Being first time buyers and not 100% sure of the process it was great when they kept us in the loop and prompted us to chase our solicitors to help move it all along! Would use again.

When we bought our first house, Evans were the estate agents and after the good experience we had, we used them again when we sold. We did our homework and got three quotes, but Charlee from Evans, demonstrated excellent knowledge of our lease type and situation, (lease hold, with the Council holding a covenant) and gave us absolute confidence that Evans were the right people for the job.
