Used twice. Highly recommended.

When we bought our first house, Evans were the estate agents and after the good experience we had, we used them again when we sold. We did our homework and got three quotes, but Charlee from Evans, demonstrated excellent knowledge of our lease type and situation, (lease hold, with the Council holding a covenant) and gave us absolute confidence that Evans were the right people for the job. And so they proved to be. Professional, and personable from beginning to end. Special thanks to Charlee and Candy. Would highly recommend.
