Don't by your car from these guys. They'll do anything to close a deal. As soon as the purchase agreement has been confirm the aftercare is 1/10. They don't care about you as a customer. Evan's Halshaw only want your money. I know for next time they'll be at the bottom of my list.

Recently sold my house with Evans estate agents, Charlee and Candy were brilliant through the whole process from viewings to communication they really made a usually stressful experience a great one and would highly recommend.

I recently used Charlee at Evans estate agents to sell my property. I received excellent service. My calls were all returned straight away and I felt as though I was very important to her. She tries very hard to resolve issues when they arise. Would thoroughly recommend her and her colleagues .

We have just purchased our first house and Candy and Louise have been amazing!! I would definitely use Evans again! I would also recommend them to anyone. As first time buyers we didnt really know how the house buying game worked but all the team were so very helpful in explaining things to us and putting up with endless questions and answering them for us! I Used evans to sell several houses for me. I always used to use the bigger corporate Estate Agents, but I never did get that one to one personal service . I met Candy and she convinced me to try an Independant agent for a change so I did and have never looked back....well done to candy and her team!

Brilliant and helpful estate agents we have been viewing properties with them for a while now and thankfully we had found the most suitable properties for ourselves and Evans staff did everything to help us get this specific property. Evans staff are very helpful and sweet. One of the best estate agents I would say and are highly recommend.

We were selling our sons property who sadly died less than 12 months after moving in. The service and sympathetic help we received was first class, Evans went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. As we didn’t live locally they arranged all the viewings and reported back to us regularly, when we needed recommendations to help clear the property they arranged it all for us. Charlee was amazing from start to finish! House was on the market inside 24hrs and sold within 48. Charlee made everything so easy and was available at all times through the process. Evans were really proactive in making sure solicitors were moving along as they should be, and Charlee even chased and resolved delays on the part of our buyers to get the moving date we wanted! Bought and sold through Evans with this move, and if we ever move again we know who to call!
