I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

Great guys at the Wolverhampton branch, very helpful, would definitely recommend, yes you can buy cheaper trim elsewhere, but 31 years in the trade, you definitely get what you pay for, so the couple of pence extra is definitely worth it

Staff on site at both Scunthorpe and Grimsby were great but the colour of the items I wanted were out of stock at two of the branches and I had to travel to a third branch to get the colour I needed, only to find that the price was higher in the branch that had stock. . . . I tried ordering online but your cookiebot prevented me moving forward without accepting all of your and your partners cookies. The takeaway message is if you can't get what you need in the branch, try another supplier.

This is my 2nd visit to Eurocell Kingfisher business park in Liverpool. Once again I can not fault the place the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable they can not do enough for you. Phil went the extra mile by showing me the different products they had and advised on what would be the best for me and even helping me to my car with it. Phil is a credit to your company.
