Just completed on the sale of my elderly father’s house. Darren at Equity went above and beyond, getting a good price for him and dealing sensitively with the situation as needed and keeping good communication throughout. Would highly recommend Equity.

We sold using Estate Agents 8 years before using the Enfield branch and had good quality service. We had no doubt about using them again to sell my deceased father's house in Ponders End, Enfield. The Hertford Road office of Equity were brilliant from day 1, right through to completion. I was kept upto date with the sale throughout, and found the staff, particularly Darren to be extremely professional and attentive regarding my sale. I was kept informed at all times. Darren went out of his way and went beyond what was expected of him in his job role. He personally contacted me immediately with any hiccups, but always had solutions, making the whole experience stress free. Equity Estate Agents gave me a 5 star service and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. We purchased our property over 10 years ago through Equity and Darren specifically. So when it came time to sell, there was only one person we were ever going to use. Darren's communication and professionalism is excellent. He is very responsive with queries. He went above and beyond and actively assisted us in our chain on our purchase despite Equity not being the relevant estate agent and helped us get our onward purchase across the line.

I have dealt with Equity Estate Agents as a buyer and seller and found the team to be highly professional and easy to deal with. Darren is an absolute star professional and someone who actually cares about the wellbeing of his customers. We were relocating my Mum from London to Dorset and as things can sometimes happen - there were a few delays with the sale - these did drag on a little bit. Darren was outstanding in keeping me informed and therefore helping me in keeping my Mum in the loop at what was a very stressful time for her (and me). He literally kept on top of everything - speaking with, and chasing solicitors, brokers, agents - the whole lot - to be honest really above and beyond. I can't recommend Darren enough - he makes things happen and genuinely cares about his clients.
