We sold using Estate Agents 8 years before using the Enfield branch and had good quality service. We had no doubt about using them again to sell my deceased father's house in Ponders End, Enfield. The Hertford Road office of Equity were brilliant from day 1, right through to completion. I was kept upto date with the sale throughout, and found the staff, particularly Darren to be extremely professional and attentive regarding my sale. I was kept informed at all times. Darren went out of his way and went beyond what was expected of him in his job role. He personally contacted me immediately with any hiccups, but always had solutions, making the whole experience stress free. Equity Estate Agents gave me a 5 star service and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.
