Excellent service. It is very helpful that a staff member is constantly following up with both side’s solicitors to move things forward. Very reliable, know the market and also give you a realistic valuation if you are selling. Always nice and polite. I have never before completed a sale so fast.

I would just like to share my experience with Equity estate agents, I have purchased 4 properties from them over the last few years since 2014. The level of service they provide is so professional, they are calm yet always do what they say, they give you honest advise and not sugar coated like other estate agents, my last property wasn’t selling so I asked a few agents to sell it, however, equity were the ones who yet again came to the top and sold it. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is thinking of selling there property, buying a first time property or even selling a property that is just not bugging and selling - these guys will sell it for you and at the best price, I would especially like to thank Helen Nicoloau, Darren Nelson and Aaliyah Salih, Aaliyah in sales, who sold my last property with her professional approach in selling, Helen who progressed the sale and made sure that it all happened in a timely fashion liaising with the lawyers and agents in the chain and Darren who ensured that the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently, I am one who does get a little stressed at times but each time I did the staff at equity always helped put my mind at rest and talk me through any concerns I was having at those times, I have just bought another property from them which completes in a couple of weeks, I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone - just simply a nice bunch of professional people who know there stuff yet add that personal old school touch - which is very rare these days..

We can truly reccommend Equity Enfield Town to anyone wanting to sell a house in the Edenbridge Rd area. Pablo and his team have shown the utmost professionalism from the first contact. We researched what 3 agents had sold most properties in Edenbridge Rd before choosing one, and we now understand why Equity came out tops. With weekly update phone calls, the process never became stressful, as we were always kept in the loop of where we were in the selling process. Equity dealt with the sale of 2 houses for me, mine and my mothers, at the same time. Although this was quite a stressful time they made it easier by taking control of my mother’s house sale, dealing with all viewings and contact, this was very helpful. All the staff were knowledgeable about both sales and very approachable about any queries. The service from Equity was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in Enfield .
