I cannot seem to talk to a real person. I get emails saying my order is being processed for shipping and eta is aug 31….today is sept 4! I am being told I cannot make any changes to my order….cannot even cancel it but yet I have no idea if it’s been shipped and if so where is it????

I loved all tge emails with confirmation, and shipping details. Your products do run on the small side and I would consider re evaluating your size chart. That would be helpful.

I ordered some Russell baseball pants, size youth, extra small, which is the size my son is it stated that it would fit a 6 to 7-year-old which was not the quality of the pants was very poor the elastic did not stretch and it fits a three month old baby, not a 6-7 year-old child I contacted customer support. They stated that the description was correct and that they could not help me. I don’t think that is right that’s bad business I responded to Heather with why don’t she get a pair of those pants and go try to fit it on a 6-7year old child and see how far she got. The only thing she told me was I could purchase more items off of epicsports.com and then they would refund me my money on the pants that were incorrect, but I had to buy more items from their website before they would do something for me because their description was incorrect. How is that right in anyway when the pants have elastic waist, which means it’s supposed to stretch a little these pants don’t budge they don’t move one bit. They don’t stretch the waist literally will fit a three month old baby not a seven year old child I do not recommend this company to anyone. I guess I should’ve read the right reviews instead of the reviews that are on their website because they only let the good reviews be put on their website and never let the bad reviews be put on their website so they can still look like they’re a good company, if I could give zero stars that’s exactly what I would’ve gave
