Was not informed as to why there was a delay in shipping the order. I could have removed that one item sooner so I can at least get the rest of the items on time to get started. Was a little disappointed.

Buyer beware, especially if you're relying on uniforms for an entire team. Chances are you won't get them on time and stock will run out even if it said they had it at the time you placed an order. Customer service is almost non-existent. They don't have a customer service phone, no one will call you even if you provide a number. You have to email them and pray to the customer service Gods that they will get back to you in a timely manner. It takes an average of 2-4 days to just get a response, that most likely doesn't solve any of your issue. My order is supposed to have arrived 9/6 and it's already 9/11 with no updates whatsoever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This company has fairly priced items, but the kicker is if they don’t fit, you have to pay shipping AND you have to pay a 20 to 25% restocking fee unless you spend more money. This is ridiculous. I won’t order from them again. I’ll just keep supporting Jeff Bezos. At least I’m not charged to return a perfectly good item that can be resold. Nickel and diming in an economy like this isn’t good for business.
