Although I do not expect everyone to ship as quickly as Amazon, I was extremely unimpressed (as were my customers) on how long it took me to receive my order. I will not likely use epic sports in the future. Also, the amount of items that only have 1 or 2 sizes available was difficult to navigate while trying to plan an order. Product, once received, was as advertised.

This company was extremely late getting my order to me almost 2 weeks late. Customer service is terrible, you’re unable to speak to anyone on the phone. They force you to deal with a text bot or email only. I requested a refund and they refused.

Paid over $300 in shipping to get jackets on time, one arrived with a tear on the right breast. Took a week to get an answer from any type of customer support. Not a great experience.
