Your service was great, however, I ordered the wrong length for the Mueller stretch bandages that I ordered. It was no fault of yours, but I was going to ask if I could exchange one of them for the shorter one which I had intended to buy, but overlooked when I was ordering. I opened one of them that I received and am using it, but I thought possibly you might exchange the one I have not opened yet. If so, please give me return instructions. If you would rather not, that’s OK. I will make it work. I am in my 70s and my knees are weaker than when I was young and I use them to reinforce my knees. Thank you. Carole Beck.

This is a replacement pair, as the sizing guide was off a few inches. I ended up paying around $20 total to replace these pants, for shipping and restocking, which is certainly more than the pants are even worth. They wanted me to measure the pants for them for consideration that I may be telling the truth, but they were already being shipped back.
