Jersey is great. The quality of the number they added to the jersey is great, but the placement of where they put the number is ridiculously high. Even though there is no name bar, there should be space for one between the shoulder line and where the number starts. With these jerseys they put the number as high as possible. I’m going to look like an idiot when I wear it.

Customer Service helpful setting up account and order status/notifications. Order received two week before estimated ship date.

Great fit, good quality shirts and the price was worth the product. The only concern I had was the dark contrast of the Logo on the front in actuality versus what it looked like in the email proof. But other than that, no problems and we will adjust next year on the reorder of jerseys.

Shirts come in faster than I thought it would. 2 days. Definitely got what I ordered

Their customer service is terrible. I had purchased from them 3 previous times before my last purchase. I bought baseball pants. They ended up being too small so I put in for an exchange. The exchange process is really not an exhange. You're basically returning the product at your own cost and repurchasing it paying shipping again. The original shipping cost $6.26. It cost me $12.50 to send it back and then to reorder it's an additional $6.26 for shipping again. They don't have customer service agents to speak to. Their site says live chat but you basically have to email and they respond back. I emailed and asked was there a free shipping code because I would literally end up spending the cost of another pair of pants in total for shipping. Someone named Erica emailed back with a very rude, sarcastic and snarky reply detailing what her definition of free shipping was. She also stated that they're able to offer such low prices bc they don't upcharge the items to compensate for shipping as other retailers do. I was insulted with the overall response especially being a repeat customer. I went on Amazon found the exact brand same, style and color for cheaper. I paid no shipping and it arrives next day. I will not do business with them again and will leave a negative review everywhere I can for their poor customer service.

Right size shirts wrong size pants couldn’t get ahold of support to fix it so had to buy pants from another supplier and eat the loss

Difficult communication. Difficult to actually get to talk to a person. My order was late, however, I understand that this is busy season. Also, my order did arrive in time for our first game. So that’s a plus, even though it arrived a week later than estimated. Product looked pretty good, but print was not as bright as design on the computer. Everything worked out in the end though.

Delivery came fast and correct order Hard to order online for a kid the pants are a little too baggy and color a little darker than I expected but we will make it work and socks are big but price was right

I received my order. I had to return my order because the pants did not fit. I sent these back and still have not received my refund. They tracking has stated that the received them back 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Very disappointed.
