Their customer service is terrible
Their customer service is terrible. I had purchased from them 3 previous times before my last purchase. I bought baseball pants. They ended up being too small so I put in for an exchange. The exchange process is really not an exhange. You're basically returning the product at your own cost and repurchasing it paying shipping again. The original shipping cost $6.26. It cost me $12.50 to send it back and then to reorder it's an additional $6.26 for shipping again. They don't have customer service agents to speak to. Their site says live chat but you basically have to email and they respond back. I emailed and asked was there a free shipping code because I would literally end up spending the cost of another pair of pants in total for shipping. Someone named Erica emailed back with a very rude, sarcastic and snarky reply detailing what her definition of free shipping was. She also stated that they're able to offer such low prices bc they don't upcharge the items to compensate for shipping as other retailers do. I was insulted with the overall response especially being a repeat customer. I went on Amazon found the exact brand same, style and color for cheaper. I paid no shipping and it arrives next day. I will not do business with them again and will leave a negative review everywhere I can for their poor customer service.
