Was easy to follow and great to do in your own time frame.
Slow reviews for assessments (even simple interview ones). Assessors are passive aggressive and tasks are especially frustrating for many students (White card final assessment - you can find plenty of student outrage online) Poor customer engagement and service, and refuse to present you with a refund If you do not pass. I recommend staying far away from this 'Registered RTO'... They are laughably horrible.
I wish I had read these reviews before booking there whole system is rigged against you. I've paid all the fee's for express processing and so on and all they do is keep knocking me back. Its a bloody scam stay away.
Do not waste your time. The course for construction white card is ridiculous they have you making role play videos and jumping through all different hoops to get the course completed. I'm on my third day of trying to complete all the role play videos it wants, to assess you there are more than 20 streams to complete if anything is wrong you'll be there for days. The website is misleading it advertised the couse for $55, which is not the case unless you are doing the course for fun and don't require a certificate or wallet card, if you would like a card or certificate you have to pay extra, ends up being over $70, then there's the constant badgering about paying extra for express VIP assessments for $60 for 24 hrs access. Is speedy service not just good customer service another dodgy buisness allowed to make theirown rules. I'm just going to forfeit the money I paid this is ridiculous the owners and everyone involved should be ashamed of this.
Terrible experience, PLEASE AVOID IT. They offer getting the certificate in one day, but is completely false: They ask you to read several documents and do a test (around 50 questions, no short at all). Then, they ask you to pay, and leave a review, so you think you are done. You are not. Just then, they ask you to complete the other half of the course and they take several days to review it and give you feedback in case you need to resubmit. They offer you to pay extra to get you the certificate faster. It's been a week since I started it and still can't get it completed. Please just go and do it with a School, they give you the answers and is much faster and easier.
This is the worst of the worst. If you are preparing to take an online course in Queensland, do not do it here. The rebooking fee is $250, but from the very beginning of the class they keep pushing you to rebook. If you are not ready at the start, they tell you to rebook immediately. I was discriminated against because I do not fully understand English. On the day of the class, I had my passport ready. However, they pressured me by taking me into a separate room. Even though I said I was prepared, they ignored me. Please take your White Card offline in Brisbane instead. This place scams people. Be careful. The service is absolutely terrible.
I enrolled with Express Online Training (EOT) expecting a smooth process, but the experience has been frustrating. Assessment marking is extremely slow — it can take days before you hear back. If you email to ask about progress, they often offer to “speed it up” for an extra $50–$60. This feels intentional, as if the slow service is designed to push people toward paying more. For a registered training organisation, this is disappointing. The process should be transparent and fair, without hidden upsells or pressure tactics. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re ready to pay extra just to get reasonable turnaround times.
Don’t make the same mistakes others have. Yes you’ll get an induction card after a lengthy process. Most taking weeks. It is not $55, it’s over $150 which you’ll only find out after completing the initial testing phase and making your payment for the induction which is promised to take 3 days. (It doesn’t) Go in person to legitimate trainers. Takes an afternoon. This is an official RTO but they operate like scam artists and that’s the worst part. No refunds under any circumstances. Even my employer I start with in 3 days said the same thing.. I had to pay for another induction course and was done within 4 hours in and out. (which was still cheaper than fully completing EOT’s scammy assessment)
The website is poorly designed, confusing, and generally unhelpful. Instructions are unclear and often feel like trick questions. Over-assessing is done for no logical reason for example, in hazard identification you might have 4–5 valid answers, but they will only accept the exact 2 they decided on. Even if you identify other correct hazards, you fail the question. This is especially frustrating because every following question builds on those initial answers, meaning you often have to redo large parts of the skills assessment for no reason. The platform itself is unclear and unintuitive. You’re given all the answers in your skills assessment, but if you copy them exactly, you fail. If you reword them, it’s still often marked wrong because it’s “not exactly” what’s in the learning guide even if it’s correct. they say they are the cheapest but they make your life so misrable that you buy the extra priority service On top of that, response times for marking or feedback are too slow, dragging out the process unnecessarily. Overall, feels more like a cash grab than an actual learning platform.
It didnt work properly on the phone, some Websites didnt load well. I had to use a Laptop to submit some answers. I paid 50$ for a fast answer check. Because of the Website Problems, I handed in my answers 36h later, they told me the 50$ are only for the next 24h. I didnt see that beeing stated anywhere… I wouldnt do it online again

Express Online Training receives a mix of feedback from its users. Many customers appreciate the ease of the courses and the helpfulness of trainers, noting that the content is straightforward and support is responsive. However, a significant number of reviewers express frustration with the slow assessment reviews and the perceived lack of transparency regarding fees. Complaints about the course structure, particularly for the construction white card, highlight issues with confusing requirements and lengthy processes that feel like a money grab. Some users report feeling misled by the advertised quick completion times, which often extend into weeks. Overall, while there are positive experiences, the negative feedback regarding course management and hidden costs overshadows the positives. The sentiment leans towards caution for potential students.
