Fast and reliable. Great knowledge
Easily accessible online course, simple and easy to follow format, especially love the afterpay option for payment
GOOD GOOD GOOD
it was easy to understand
Easy process
Easy to use understand material, and decent pricing too.
Simple to understand what is required, and easy to do online. No idea why all the 'scam' reviews. I think it is not very clever people not understanding what they are told. You DO NOT have to pay until course completed. I have done "White Card" and "RSA" with zero hassles, and next day qualifications.
Absolute scam!! Tells you to complete questions and pay for it then you will have your RSA. Then once you pay it will make you fill out more assessments and do a role play, when it gets to the live assessment all the slots are booked out a month in advance - so you have to pay another $105 for priority. TOTAL SCAM. Just do it through tafe!
Rude staff when you ring, submitted a whole lot of recorded answer and it took them 3 days to message that they couldn’t hear it for technical reasons, so rang again for clarification and again rude, I’d rather have my money back, very sneaky how they take it before completion. Will never refer this company. Would be helpful if when you record your answer you could listen then send , but No they leave it for days and then type to re do complete rubbish.
Doing the RSA course. Money got taken out of account straight away. Tried submitting the videos for an RSA twice but none of them would load completely, and no review options to see if they did get recorded. Tried ringing to talk to someone and all my calls got cut off as soon as they were auto answered. Very poor and very unimpressed. Considering reporting it as a scam and having to go to another company.
The ACCC is taking EOT to court, so no need to comment on that part of the course. I cant post a link in this review, so google it. As well as this, its anything less than express. If I wasnt so trusting, I would think that they drag the whole online process out as long as possible to try to get you to pay the extra $120 "express marking service". Submit your answers, wait 4 days to be marked. "fail" some questions (even though I read the answers out off their own course), resubmit, wait another 4 days. "fail" another 2 questions - at this point I had been told by another student that the next delaying tactic would be for them to say your video recording was inaudible. So I recorded both questions on the same day, with the same computer gear. I submitted 1 answer 1st & the following the next day. 4 days later, The first answer was accepted & sure enough the day after that, the second one was "inaudible". Hows that for a Gotchya? Just be prepared for an express course to be dragged out over 3 weeks, unless you pay the extra $120 fee.
Definitely not express
I was looking for a fast service to provide RSA for a job I was starting the following week. While it was convenient to complete the sections at home, I was incredibly frustrated by the video submission section. Not only is it revealed you have to complete this section AFTER completing the multiple choice and paying for the course before you receive your RSA, the marking was super inconsistent, borderline incompetent. While some feedback was valid and appreciated, I am now sure that every new submission was marked by a different assessor with a different idea of a 'right' answer. I received contrary feedback on 1 question I had to resubmit 3 SEPERATE TIMES and then wait 2 days every time to see if that was correct. When I rang the help line (number not listed ANYWHERE on the site - red flag!) and was given another number to speak to an assessor (who was the only good part of the whole experience - very helpful), she basically told me after listening to my 'wrong' answers that they were fine and she wasn't sure why they had been marked wrong. So even after giving myself a week to get the accreditation it took into the next week to receive, long after it was due for my job.
Can’t say much about the tests, but the assessors are a menace. Having such a condescending and disrespectful attitude does not put a good image on the company. I had to call them up four times, each one of them was… challenging; they would get personal, take their sass out, as if they were scolding a child. “If I were the venue manager- I’d fire you straight away” “You’d be a horrible bartender” thanks for your opinion, that I absolutely asked for. Someone, please puppy train them off their power trip. They’re supposed to tell if the question is answered right or not. They’re not there to practice their sass or attitude.
RSA with EOT requires a high level of education to complete the literacy and numeracy task- which is not a requirement of RSA and an intimidating online live simulation in front of a camera. If you are in a hurry, find someone else but be careful!
Amy was excellent to deal with and supportive. Thanks for the great courses.
No Way is this Express. My son has been on this for days while loosing work. After the normal questionaire, you then need to upload 8 videos which their server couldnt handle, so they said to download firefox.... Why??. Wont give you your fifty bucks back cause you're more than half way thru. Not waisting any more time with this automated online crap. Going to Bluedog training where they do a video conference call instead and no video upload, where we shouldve gone in the begining. Sorry son.
The course I am currently taking is absolutely fine for me, I have a degree already so I understand the language being used. However some might not understand the scientific language and the course states that you only need a basic GCSE to get onto the course. There's also a huge design fault that I wonder if anyone else is having trouble with, the writing on the slides is a very light grey but the background is white. I literally cannot seee what anything says.
To any teacher, parent or young Aussie adult looking to get training through eot I’d advise that you do your research with the competitors and go elsewhere I have dealt with eot for 4 different courses and had to pay 6 times, I only completed two. The whole experience was jarring and unpleasant, I used about 2% of the information provided in these courses in the 4 years I was a barman and if you don’t complete these tedious tasks they give you in a certain amount of days they will restart the whole course and charge you again The asking price is nearly quadruple the closest competitor I found out later which also includes additional fees since it requires you to purchase equipment that may be provided to you by your employer. I tried the white card course and didn’t know I had to buy things like that and failed the class. They then wanted me to purchase another online class for the full price of the whole course when I hadn’t seen anything about the course yet (that’s $250 each The truth about eot is that they will put in big bold words on their website that you won’t have to pay until you complete the course and then charge you the second you put your details in and encourage you to fail. Asking for a refund is out of the question because they’ll refuse and quote the fine print Long story short shop around for somewhere else
Absolutely a sham business! Don't use them! Instructors are deliberately trying to make you fail by rushing you through your course threatening to end your class at any stage. Be aware!!! These clowns will be dealt with. you can hide in Cronulla all you want.

Express Online Training receives a mix of feedback from its users. Many customers appreciate the ease of the courses and the helpfulness of trainers, noting that the content is straightforward and support is responsive. However, a significant number of reviewers express frustration with the slow assessment reviews and the perceived lack of transparency regarding fees. Complaints about the course structure, particularly for the construction white card, highlight issues with confusing requirements and lengthy processes that feel like a money grab. Some users report feeling misled by the advertised quick completion times, which often extend into weeks. Overall, while there are positive experiences, the negative feedback regarding course management and hidden costs overshadows the positives. The sentiment leans towards caution for potential students.
