Easy to use layout of the website and questionnaire, really enjoyed it.

I had trouble with the slides for some reason there was missing information causing me to answer some questions wrong on my assessment . When I rebooted the PC the slide then had the full content! All in All a very good course I would highly recommend even if its just for your own personal information.

I like that I could complete my training at my own pace and not lose track of where I was last.

although i gave some wrong answers i had extra input to correct it. The staff i rang when i was blocked for to many wrong answers was helpful and gave me good advice re reading the guidelines for the questions
