Very informative and easy to follow
Do not try to get some certificate on this scam site !! Go directly at center near your live!
DO NOT USE. I did my RSA, had multiple issues with the questions not aligning to the course content, multiple questions have false or misleading answers. With the video submissions I was constantly failed and was being held up. As soon as I paid the "PRIORITY" upgrade price, I had my certificate legitmatelly less then 2 mins afterwards. It would seem they purposefully keep failing you, or allowing your time to run out, so you have no choice but to upgrade and pay extra. STAY AWAY!!!!
Glitchy website, don’t answer phones, and of course the most hilarious thing is that you need full PPE in order to obtain your white card certificate, so hard hat, glasses, hi vis, ear protection and steel caps, all for the sake of a silly video of you wearing them. How exactly is one supposed to have this equipment prior to gaining employment with the white card? A silly website, lesson learnt.
Honest mistake of not having PPE at home so I can do the virstual class as it is all on the job site, booked the extra public holiday fee to try and get a day to do the course. No room to offer partial refund for the mistake, waste of time and money. Never dealing with these people again.
Pay Before Passing: Despite the advertisement stating "pay after passing," I was required to pay before I could even begin the assessments, which doesn’t align with their promotional claim. PPE Requirement Not Clearly Disclosed: I paid for the course and extra for priority processing, only to reach the video assessment and be told I needed my own PPE to complete the task. This requirement wasn’t clearly disclosed before purchase or during the course sign-up. They also conveniently offer to sell PPE, which means I’m now expected to pay more money for something I wasn’t informed about upfront. Priority Processing Issue: I paid for priority processing with the understanding that I would have my certificate quickly. However, this was made redundant by the PPE requirement, leaving me unable to complete the course in time for a job that requires the certification. Missed Job Opportunity: Due to these delays, I will now miss out on a job opportunity that requires the White Card certification. This has caused a significant setback as I won’t be able to meet the necessary timeline. No Mention of Public Holidays: The course did not make it clear that public holidays would affect the processing times, which is crucial when you're on a tight deadline. Overall, I feel the course’s structure and communication is misleading, and I have been left in a difficult position due to the lack of transparency.
Dont waste your time, energy, effort and money. It’s gonna be infinity to get a very light course certified. Moreover, they will have their own reasons to fail you with lots of reasoning. Most likely pensioners are seems like working from home like scammers. Don’t waste your valuable time with these guys. Go to a physical location and get your thing done in a day.
It’s legit and got my white card eventually, but I had do send in the same questions about 5 times and yes this just sounds like I’m stupid. To my defense, I’m not stupid and did send in a couple of right answer, they just wanted a specific answer and the reply’s from their part on my answer were ”you’re thinking right but it’s not quite right”. Felt like I was in high school and they were just being c**nts, and they give documents to help with the questions but the documents didn’t help at all on most of the questions, makes you think for yourself but if they are looking for a specific answer they gotta be more clear about it. Not recommended at all.
Absolute awful reviewing, assements are tedious and retarded, the assessors are either picky or morons. And the support team is about as helpful as a baby in a construction site. Im going to give you my experience, do multiple assessments more stupid then the last, assessors think height isn't a hazard nor noise with there own words "No noise can be seen in the picture" with the context of a man on scaffolding high up in the air with just a helmet on and loose harness. Just want to remind you EOT the definition of a hazard is "an object or thing that has the potential to harm" Anyway lets say you finally complete all the assessments and want to get your results back quickly so you pay for priority. JUST FOR THE NEXT DAY FIND OUT YOUR ACCOUNT IS FLAGGED?!. So now you have to contact support which after 2 days still haven't gotten back even though on there site they say "estimate 1 business day to receive a reply" As they slowly run out the clock on my priority. Thanks Express online training. I can offically say your the worst. EDIT: Decided just to reset all my progress and wants me to do everything again without any given reason. Yeah this entire site is a scam.
Absolute scam of a company- do not use
Quite possibly the worst training company in existence. Their online white card course is hell on earth. I'd rather cut my eyes with glass than do another course from these Muppets. They actually banned my account after I paid extra money for fast tracking becuase of "too many failed attempts?". Apparently working at heights isn't a Hazzard. Excuse me? The muppets at EOT need to go back to school or do more than one day of work on a construction site becuase you wouldn't last. You're nothing but wannabes with zero real world experience. Change your god awfull white course.
Completed the course well before it closed. Then never heard back from them. Emailed Paula and was told pay more money to reopen it even though it had been completed before the expiry. Extremely rude customer service and didn’t receive anything.
Never met someone who hates their job so much. Extremely rude, unhelpful, hangs up on you, suggests you get your white card out of a cereal box, misleading website, and misleading questions, the pictures and examples given are barely relevant to to the questions asked. Takes months to get anywhere and when you finally get to the last part you are stuck with an unpleasant assessor (Frank) who is very rude and treats you like an idiot. Save yourself the hassle and go to an actual same day white card course where the assessor’s cant be so rude face to face
I thought being a debt collector was bad then I had to deal with this company. Have now formally requested a refund from my bank for their misconduct. They are known to the ACCC for misleading people with their crap make sure you do your research before trusting these sites. Better yet get it from tafe that is a sure way to get it within a day. Do not be fooled by their website.
Absolutely useless, don’t fall for this scam. Hidden fee’s, couldn’t be any slower, stupid long assessments, god knows how to stop recording when u finish ur video answer. Do not give these pricks ur money
Calling themselves EXPRESS ONLINE TRAINING and being very slow in reality is just part of it. Ive started my Whitecard With them since January 2025 (2nd week) and today (Feb 25, 2025) I havent reach the end of the whitecard course because the assessment is very slow to get assessed from the assessor and they have 6 steps of assessment where you cannot proceed unless you finish one after another. Each assessment will surely take atleast 3 days before it gets assessed. And if you want to make your assessment faster, you'll need to pay for extra where they call it instant assessment service. Which is considered a hidden charges.
One of the worst White Card training websites. Don't use an online course. Do an in-person course and get it all done in one day, instead of being messed around by a website like this. You start with the mostly easy multiple-choice questions. Around 90 of them, so you already spend quite some time on this task. When you are done, you are asked to pay. All good and well, because you just did the course, right? No! After you finished your first set of questions, you are then directed to more questions, this time a set of video recordings with weird questions that the seasonal white card holders in our family couldn't even answer properly because their answers got rejected. "Talk to your supervisor about the hazards that are in the above photo?" - There are no hazards, as everything is done by safety standards. So you want me to make some up? Seems like it. I am sure a real supervisor would love to talk about that kind of stuff on the job, when there is no imminent hazard around. But here comes the spammy part, they assess your work of course. On the website they state most video recordings are graded between 1 to 3 business days, but if you want it to go quicker, please pay more! Apparently, the 24/7 support is not actually a thing either as they advertise on their website, because it still takes a while to get an email reply asking for clarification. And now, we are still waiting to hear back again to see if our second recording is actually "right" this time.
I recently did my white card with that organization (still pending) and only had problems with them. The video skills assessment are the worst. It's easier and way faster to do it with a different company. At first you do all the online questions and after you complete them you get to the payment and think it's done. But then after you pay for it you have to do around 20 videos of answering questions and they hve to review and mark them as completed. On the website they officially say it takes them 1-3 business days to review the videos. In my case I had to resubmit some videos and it took them 4 days to review them the second time. Now I'm still waiting on the third review and it has been 4 business days. They probably just want people to pay more for their priority service👎🏼
I booked white card training later i realized i have a test on my uni and i cancel for that day.I tried agin to book a training.they were asking for same amount of money. Its completely unfair.I paid fees money for a reason.I strongly recommend people be aware of this. This is a real scam.I have had a really bad experience

Express Online Training receives a mix of feedback from its users. Many customers appreciate the ease of the courses and the helpfulness of trainers, noting that the content is straightforward and support is responsive. However, a significant number of reviewers express frustration with the slow assessment reviews and the perceived lack of transparency regarding fees. Complaints about the course structure, particularly for the construction white card, highlight issues with confusing requirements and lengthy processes that feel like a money grab. Some users report feeling misled by the advertised quick completion times, which often extend into weeks. Overall, while there are positive experiences, the negative feedback regarding course management and hidden costs overshadows the positives. The sentiment leans towards caution for potential students.
