Navigation through the course was very easy. Marking of questions after submitting was very quick. Very happy with outcome.

The White Card (WA) course was easy to navigate. Most questions were common sense so you didn't really have to use the slides but was comforting to know the relevant information was at your fingertips.

Sadly it took many phone calls (nearly impossible to find the customer service number) and the emails are all sent from a no reply email. What should have been easy online ended up (still not finished) being days of back and forth and then an extra $100 fee if we wanted the certificate in less than 3 days.
