You had the items I was looking for and they arrived on time. Good job.

I very much appreciate that they ship their products in boxes. A major online retailer uses plastic bags and the boxes of tea arrive crushed. I also like the selection.

Ordered several items as a “gift package” for my sister. She absolutely loved everything, and asked that I repeat the order anytime.

When I told you the cookies were melted together you replied with a boilerplate statement that said I should have had them packed in cold packs and shipped faster. This was in March! I will never buy from you again. Very poor customer service.

The order was filled accurately, and items were received in good condition. It’s helpful to have a US source for British teas and related products. ETS is located in my home state, so I was surprised delivery wasn’t quicker—8 days from ship date to delivery date—but that’s down to UPS/USPS, not ETS.

I love Scottish breakfast tea, and the English Tea Store is great to deal with. Highly recommend!

The sugar bowl came cracked on handle. I returned and waiting for refund. Please immediately refund and let me know. Response to below: I’m tried to contact the customer service emails many, many times and have not been acknowledged. Quite frustrating. I even send videos to show the cracks. Eventually I just gave us for it to be made right and initiated the return myself and hoping I get my refund at this point.

It appears order processing time is 7 business days. We were out of town. I had my family driving over everyday to make certain the order would not sit on our porch overnight. This is our first time ordering direct from your company. We enjoy your products, but previously purchased from various other stores. I did not see any information when ordering that the time frame to obtain product would be twelve working days after ordering. Should I have ordered more product to receive quicker? We ordered on 3/19/25 (10am PST). It appears to have shipped on 3/28/25, rec'd 4/3/25. Unfortunately not one email or text regarding status.
