In a word, Marmalade, the good kind. The English Tea Store is one of the few places I can get it. Also, their customer service is terrific. On my last order, one of the jars was damaged and leaked. They apologized and immediately sent out a replacement. They are my go-to for all things English.

Poor quality and worse service My order arrived with damaged items due to sloppy packaging. Reached out with photos—no response at all. One item smelled awful and had to be thrown out. No care in product or customer service.

I was really looking forward to my order, but it arrived damaged right out of the box. One of the ceramic items had a chip and hairline crack that clearly happened during shipping due to inadequate packaging. I reached out to customer service multiple times with photos, but received no response. Not even an acknowledgment. After getting no help, I went ahead and returned the item myself, hoping for a refund. Still waiting—no updates, no confirmation, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company shows zero urgency or accountability for something that’s clearly on their end. On top of that, another item I ordered had a strange chemical smell that didn’t go away even after washing. I ended up tossing it. The lack of care in both product and service has been disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I love my small teapot. It reminds me of my grandmother who never plunked a teabag in a cup with boiling water. She had different size teapots depending how many cups she was preparing. Thank you. I also love my London bus tea containers.

This company always gets 5 Stars from me. I have been buying Tea and other good things from them for 20 years and have never been disappointed.

The store has a good variety of teas and tea stuff. We have thoroughly enjoyed the teas, just a hit these are English teas a bit of milk is indicated. The service is excellent. My orders have been correct and delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend this store. My niece loves the Irish cream.

Excellent quality teas and fair price point.

The only place I could find my favorite teas, locally, was at Whole Foods, and because I find his politics abhorrent, I was looking elsewhere for Taylor's teas. I got the products I wanted in short order. The tea seems quite fresh. I'll be back.

I like trying all the flavors of teas and, so far, are all favorites. I can taste test them all with the 1 ounce package size. Plus I found different flavors of marmalade. Planning on a summer tea party with my family. We are going to try it all.
