Poor Quality Control and No Real Support

I was really looking forward to my order, but it arrived damaged right out of the box. One of the ceramic items had a chip and hairline crack that clearly happened during shipping due to inadequate packaging. I reached out to customer service multiple times with photos, but received no response. Not even an acknowledgment. After getting no help, I went ahead and returned the item myself, hoping for a refund. Still waiting—no updates, no confirmation, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company shows zero urgency or accountability for something that’s clearly on their end. On top of that, another item I ordered had a strange chemical smell that didn’t go away even after washing. I ended up tossing it. The lack of care in both product and service has been disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from them again.
