I have never had better experience with any online purchase before - especially considering the returns! You are all amazing.

Great selection of teas, and quick delivery too!

The products are good but when you pay extra for expedited shipping and it takes over 2 weeks to deliver, that is disappointing. If there are delays, we should be notified to either cancel or credited the balance of expedited shipping.

The licorice candy was hard and stale.

I ordered an item by mistake and when I returned it and asked for a refund a new order was placed for another size of the same item without my knowledge or consent.

I love the oatmeal cookies and they arrived quickly and none were broken. I am glad you carry them!

Oolong tea is great as well as their selection of other teas. Never a problem with orders. I make tea everyday, let leaves soak for 15 minutes in water, microwave 2 minutes (do not boil), wait 5 minutes, microwave 20 seconds then filter out leaves using a coffee filter.

I started buying loose tea, choosing 2 types. I've now expanded to 4 types and enjoy a different one each day.

I am very happy with the quality of the teas I bought. Also, the short description of the tea, and the small sample, help me decide what new tea i would like to buy.

The shipping was timely, the tea is absolutely wonderful! Very good quality. I can't wait to try more items. My husband's family is from Britain and I can't wait to try the clotted cream!
