Where the hell is my product? I was promised to receive it in 3 days and I am still waithin.
There was several complications. My order was shipped to an undeliverable address, even though I had entered the correct one. I was promptly contacted by a customer service rep which assisted in getting the order canceled and re-ordered and shipped to me, along with the refund of the money, due to having to cancel the previous order that was erroneously shipped to a different address. Was disappointing with the actual product itself I purchased the Maximum strength and have been using it twice a day for two weeks now did not see a change in my skin nor did I have relief from the itching I will most likely not buy this product again. But I will say this I do have a very aggressive skin condition and wasn't completely shocked that it did not work for me.

What I had not noticed is that my order will be a repeat order as part of your customer. Please, please do not send me on-going products as I have a lot of expenses by way of bills to pay. Just got it. So far so good. Had it sent express mail and another medication (similar) sent regular mail and received both the same day(?) Not too happy about the extra $20 some dollars that I spent for express mail from Emuaid. BUT, we're using the emuaid and so far it seems to be helping. Spending several minutes a day airing the bedsore and that really helps too.
This is the first product I have used that made my celulitis much better!
Very satisfied with Emuaid, my husband is having very good results with the ointment. I also wanted the First Defense pill, but have not received it yet. I did call the 800-number but have not heard back. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved.
After trying many products for my daughter's eczema a friend recommended Emuaid. She experienced relief almost immediately. Worth every penny!!
I have tried many different products over the last couple of years for my lichen simplex chronicus. The itch has been unbearable and unstopable. Nothing has relieved the itch until emuaid. Thank you for the help. The customer service is wonderful as well.

I just received product yesterday so it's to early to judge product, the shopping experience was perfect.
Emuaid - an amazing product that I haven't found here in New Zealand, so it was great to find it on line. Delivery was quick, the exchange rate affordable - altogether I'm delighted, many thanks.
Got this for my wife;s shingles. Has really helped with healing and relieving the pain. Just order refill and was received very quickly through regular mail.

Got very fast service with very good products.
I ordered this for a Friend who hasn't a computer.He was in alot of pain,on pain killers,unable to sleep etc,in fact so sore was unable to go shopping so I did it for Him. After approx a week after applying it as directed the improvement was two fold.The only complaint is that was offered a additional treatment at no cost,and this didn't arrive.It look longer than expected to recieve it,however it was ordered around Christmas,and I am in Australia,so that is understandable.

I ordered from emuaid and was notified my order was recieved, and the next day notice it had been shipped. The only glitch was the USPS delivered it to the wrong address. I recieved it a day late. I have been using it and I believe it is working well. Some of the swelling is gone. I believe it is going do what they have promised.
I've use one bottle of "Emuaid acne treatment" for blemishes and it worked so well I ordered another. It even helps dry up some small warts.
