I placed an order with EMUAID on May 24 for a post-op ointment to be delivered to Colombia. It’s now June 26 and I’ve received nothing. Tracking shows the package has been stuck in France since June 7, and their customer support has been completely unhelpful—no updates, no solutions, just vague responses. I specifically ordered this for a medical need and an upcoming trip, and now I’m leaving without the product I paid for. It’s been 33 days and 22 business days since it shipped—still no delivery, no refund, and no accountability. If you’re considering buying from them internationally—don’t. I regret trusting this company.
