Emma Live

I could not fault the EMMA Live experience. EMMA is an amazing platform and its capabilities are endless! In future, I would use more of the features. The team are so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the success of our event. A special thank you to Anu who was wonderful on the evening.

We work with EMMA on our biennial fundraising gala so this was the second time that we have worked with them. If us going back a second time isn't enough to evidence their brilliance, hopefully this review is! From start to finish the EMMA team are there to answer any question you have. For this gala our Event Manager was Anu and no ask was ever too much. On the lead up to the event she would make the time to answer questions, or hop on a call if needed and would also advise us on additional things we could do to maximise fundraising/ make the guest experience as good as it could be. On the night itself the full team (JD, Anu, Lorna and Caroline) were brilliant. There is no doubt that events like this can be a stressful night for a fundraising team. To have the support of four calm, reliable and expert people on hand for any auction platform/ finance questions is invaluable. If there were ever any challenges using the system (which was rare) the EMMA team were immediately there to solve it. The fact is, they seamlessly integrate into the night and work as part of our team and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The people, the platform the whole experience is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

Staff at Emma Live are beyond helpful and accommodating to all needs. They are all so lovely and kind and they have been a pleasure to work with - worked with them on multiple events and will be working with them on more!

Great experience working with Anu at one of our London fundraising events. She was a great support on the evening, nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare process all ran smoothly. Overall, very happy with the service provided.

My only regret about working with Emma was that we didn't do so earlier! I worked with three different members of the team in the run up and following our big fundraising gala and they were not only incredibly helpful about the system itself but also on hand to provide reassurance and answers to our many questions. I would definitely recommend Emma for any future events.

Their service is second to none - from onboarding, to event details, to on the night support, all the way through to event follow up. They are ready and so helpful whenever you need support and no ask seemed to big or too small. The Team at EMMA-Live were fantastic in quickly setting up a microsite for a charity supporter arranging a Prize Draw fundraising event in aid of Cancer Research UK. Once the event was launched, the team were very responsive throughout. Rapidly replying to emails and phone calls from the charity, as well as the supporter. They definitely ensured it was a success. working with EMMA-live to host a prize-draw was a breath of fresh air. The platform is extremely user-friendly and customisable to feel on-brand. We had support from a dedicated member of their team from beginning to end, who was more than happy to help with anything we needed. As a company, it feels like they really put charities at the heart of what they do, working with understanding. Payments come directly through to us through Stripe on a daily basis, and we had immediate access to the donor information we needed to create a smooth supporter journey. I would definitely recommend them to others and very much hope to continue to use their services going forward.

The Emma Live Platform is beyond brilliant not only for the user journey experience, but also for event management. Easy to use, clear guidance in the back end and excellent reporting capabilities. In the past 10 years we have used four other fundraising technology providers for our annual event and EMMA has been by far our best experience yet! The system is incredibly flexible, easy to use and not one of our 350 Gala guests had any issues at all - from initial ticket purchasing all the way to collecting silent auction bid payments at the end. The system coupled with the fantastic service throughout has been a delight and we are pleased to say that we have found THE technology provider at last.

EMMA Live was fantastic - we had never used them before. Isha was incredibly supportive and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She spent time with us on a number of occasions explaining how all the functions worked and how they could be used to maximise fundraising at our event. Pre and post event support was 5 stars. Would not hesitate in using them again.

We have worked with EMMA-Live for a couple of years now and it's always such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Emma Live, we have run a number of events with them now and they are always run without a hitch in a professional manner. We have a 1-1 Partnership Manager who is always available and the Emma platform definitely helped us to raise more money for our charity than we would have otherwise.
