An extension of our team
We work with EMMA on our biennial fundraising gala so this was the second time that we have worked with them. If us going back a second time isn't enough to evidence their brilliance, hopefully this review is! From start to finish the EMMA team are there to answer any question you have. For this gala our Event Manager was Anu and no ask was ever too much. On the lead up to the event she would make the time to answer questions, or hop on a call if needed and would also advise us on additional things we could do to maximise fundraising/ make the guest experience as good as it could be. On the night itself the full team (JD, Anu, Lorna and Caroline) were brilliant. There is no doubt that events like this can be a stressful night for a fundraising team. To have the support of four calm, reliable and expert people on hand for any auction platform/ finance questions is invaluable. If there were ever any challenges using the system (which was rare) the EMMA team were immediately there to solve it. The fact is, they seamlessly integrate into the night and work as part of our team and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The people, the platform the whole experience is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
