Fantastic platform for charity fundraising
working with EMMA-live to host a prize-draw was a breath of fresh air. The platform is extremely user-friendly and customisable to feel on-brand. We had support from a dedicated member of their team from beginning to end, who was more than happy to help with anything we needed. As a company, it feels like they really put charities at the heart of what they do, working with understanding. Payments come directly through to us through Stripe on a daily basis, and we had immediate access to the donor information we needed to create a smooth supporter journey. I would definitely recommend them to others and very much hope to continue to use their services going forward.
