I made the mistake of giving them $158.90 and they gave me nothing but gibberish and "Zero"customer service support. They gave my parcel to GLS Shipping and took my money for express shipping. I was lucky to ever see my money or my parcel according to the authorities...GLS Shipping is the most questionable shipping company in the United States depending on where or who you get your information from. I filed BBB complaints in Colorado and California. I'm still contemplating whether I am going to file a FTC complaint against both entities yet? Or, handle this a different way... Either way, I do not recommend doing business with either Element Vape or any company that does business with GLS Shipping..Call the BBB or the California Attorney Generals Office and check them out! You will thank me... Don't fall for their cheap prices! It's not worth the trouble from GLS... That's Elements biggest problem! Then you have their customer service which is a bunch of monkeys with keyboards..I have the emails to prove my story on that issue.. They basically told me good luck once GLS had my package and they had zero control over GLS..They literally told me that! GLS's nearest location to me is over 75 miles away... Feel me on this one! Because Element Vape is going to wish that they had chosen their words more carefully before this is over...I never forget and only God can forgive!

It was easy to order all self-explanatory. The only hard thing I had to do was finding a place that sold the things I needed for my vape. everything was wonderful once I found you online. And I guess one other thing bothered me. I bought my vape. Add a smoke shop and paid 42. Dollars, and some change for it. Then I went online, and found they were only like 16.99 that is irritating, but this wasn't yout doing it? Thanks 😊 Lisa

Finding what I needed was easy on your site! I’ve been looking for ever for the pods I ordered. Even where I bought the vape has come up short for months. I’m still on there list to get what I requested.

EV is my go-to shop for vape supplies. This time I found that many of the items I needed were out of stock though, which was disappointing.

After calling 50 stores no lie looking for this after giving up trying to find the Smok S Priv and the JoyTech Infinity voice control device. Then making the same purchase on vapeswitch.com and getting scammed. Im soo happy I could find it here legit verify my age and not have to deal with a PayPal charge that changes the next morning. I sooo cant wait!!! I will update my review after I get item because after getting a damaged Legend 5 from sourcemore and still fighting them im a little worried about quality online.
