The package was a book and PCB. Both were unpacked in a box and shippe Europe to USA. The box was damaged. I sent an email describing the situation and got no response.

I have bought a good few ebooks over the years and recently to my frustration, around 2 weeks ago now. I went to download a recent purchase and all my downloads had disappeared. I messaged support which took quite a number of days to reply, not the best of service I'd say. Anyway I was told they were switching to a new website and they were experiencing some delays in the migration of data, more like weeks not days. Okay fine but are these migrations not normally well planned and tested in advance. Also why not be professional as communication is absolute key with customers and send out an email in the first instance to say what is going to happen and then a further one keeping us updated. To this date I still cannot download the latest ebook (#4000282451) I bought and only have two others listed that I can download. What's happened to my other books, they are still not listed. I'm sorry but this is a poor show Elektor, I thought you were much better than this. PS the order number quoted here is my latest one that I still cannot download. Well I have to say in response to my original review Elektor have been most apologetic and have bent over backwards to help me, even giving me a discount code which has been very well received. I do understand migrations can go wrong but I know Elektor have taken this onboard. I have been with them many years as a customer for there magazine and have found them great. Thanks Elektor for taking my comments onboard and responding excellently.

Great service! Easy to purchase and delivered just in time as promised.

They sent my USB drive to the wrong address. Instead of just sending me another one and calling it a day, they'd rather make me wait (I'm still waiting) Does it really make sense to get a bad review rather then just send another cheap USB drive to me? I guess it does...

I bought 60 years of elektor magazine with 50% discount. I am happy with this bargain.

Everything seems to work as expected, exept the 5 buttons under the display. This is probably due to a very lousy description in the handbook (machine translated from chinese?)

Probeer al bijna een week lang antwoord te krijgen op het verzoek een LabNation SmartScope USB-oscilloscoop × 1 die ik heel recent bij Elektor aangeschaft heb te retourneren/om te ruilen voor een ander artikel maar tot dusver geen enkele reactie. Dit ondanks enkele e-mails. Retour aanvragen via de webshop lukt niet. Service dus erg traag en ondertussen kan je niets doen.

Ich habe das Elektor Buch Günter Spanner Arduino Cuircuits & Projects Guide erworben. Auf Seite 249 wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die beschriebenen sketches von der Elektor Seite: "elektor.com unter ArduinoProjects" heruntergeladen werden könne. Diese Adresse existiert aber nicht mehr. Nachtrag: Am 24.01.2024 hat sich die Elektor Redaktion gemeldet und mich auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen, den Service zu kontaktieren. Das habe ich gemacht und am 25.01.2024 einen Link auf eine Downloadmöglichkeit bekommen.Der Link hat funktioniert. Ich ändere daher meine Bewertung auf 4 Sterne
