So pleased with my bike. After ordering I got a tracking reference and it arrived here in , Abruzzo, Italy ,a day early.The bike ,Vitilan was easy to assemble. It has enabled me to explore my surroundings, the pedal assist helps me to navigate hills I couldn't on a conventional bike. I enjoy so much more than my scooter.. A very happy customer.

They answer all your questions quickly, many ways to make the payment, great staff. Only bad thing is that it took long to receive my scooter, they said 6-7 days, I got it in 11 days.
