Hello, I've just ordered a Cysum bike, model x-city. It works well, it's very comfortable and the price is reasonable. I have nothing to say about customer service, they answer my questions promptly and politely. Now, I didn't put 5 stars because I received the bike very late. Ordered on 11/03, was due to arrive 7 working days later, but finally received on 03/04. The assembly is not too complicated, the youtube video helps a lot, however I took another video from someone to assemble a part, not present on their video because not the same model. I still recommand 😁
