At first I didn’t know if I could trust theses guys with the ps5 if it was real or fake but was worth it 100% very quick and easy even delivery was quick.

Absolutely superb. Didn't have the item in stock... had an email very promptly - and then somehow they managed to restock Dark Souls Trilogy within about 48 hours. Great price - prompt service. What's to not like about that Will certainly be keeping an eye out on these guys.

Ordered a game which they gave me a (presumably fake) Royal Mail delivery tracking details which for the last three weeks shows it hasn't been delivered. Customer service basically no existent for anything but marketing.

Order 2 games, took over a week to come. One game was ordered wrong, they changed this but the other game was out of stock. If I didn’t change the other game and kept the two original games ordered, then they would of both been out of stock. Nothing on the website to say they was out of stock either. Numerous emails back and forth it was eventually sorted. Website misleading as the games where out of stock, they was ordered for a birthday present. I probably wouldn’t use them again, due to the uncertainty of the website with stock.

My order was quick and exactly what I was looking for. I will be ordering again!

I ordered from these guys about 3 weeks ago…still nothing, no ones helping. It’s a mess. I want my money back now and I’ll order the ting from Amazon. This is why Amazon is worth over a trillion because they actually deliver when they say the will
