Ordered FIFA 23 on PS4 last week. Still not received the game or any updates on when I'll receive it
I was sent the wrong game. I emailed a week ago, no response. Sent a message via their website several days ago, no response. I have telephoned several times and no one picks up. Awful customer service and left with a game I did not order which I already own. UPDATE continuing their poor service. I have received no updates as promised in their reply to this review.
I placed an order at the end of November and have yet to receive it. I have emailed, live chatted and called Electric Games but they haven't responded on any channel. Appreciate the mail strikes may have affected deliveries but my tracking number is not updating and it's frustrating I can't speak to anyone at the company about it. UPDATE: Once I posted this review I received a call from Electric Games about an hour later. The gent I spoke to was lovely and really apologetic about the delay and issues with communication. We came to a solution quickly and Electric Games are going to keep in touch with me to ensure delivery is successful. Really great customer service and would recommend despite the initial issues.

Saw God of War Ragnarok Pre-Order for PS5 on Electric Games and ordered just a day before its release, on 9/11/2022. Game was delivered the next day (very fast) and on release day, as promised. Never heard or used Electric Games so was sceptical at first. But ive just recived my MW2 for PS5 today and currently downloading it! So this is all legit and works as intended. So i thank you electric games for selling a much cheaper copy of the game than others! £70 digital copy vs the £58 EG sells it for 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I bought video games from this company twice. The first time went reasonably smoothly. The second time, however, I’ve waited up to a week and my order still hasn’t arrived. I tried contacting the company directly and they just ignored me. I can’t even get a refund! It’s really poor customer service and I’ll be unlikely to shop from them again, which is a shame because I thought they were quite a reputable and trustworthy company.

I bought a game a week ago and have heard absolutely nothing about it's at all, very poor. Update. Someone got In touch and apologized, full refund. Very nice guy and explained everything. Very happy with their response.
Didn't have product in stock but told me quickly, offered an alternative, and processed refund promptly when the alternative wasn't suitable. Would definitely use again.

Hello. I am disgusted. I pre ordered the Among Us ejected edition back in January. First, the original release date was May 31. It said that when I ordered, and it did not come on that date. NEXT, I waited until today, July 29, the “new” release date they listed, and I haven’t gotten a dispatch email or anything, which should have been sent to me before the release date (probably 1 day before) to ensure it arrives on time. That’s what they say on their website, that all games are shipped on time so they arrive on release day. Do not order from here. I also tried to contact them during their hours, but they didn’t respond by email, the messaging thing, and I also rung them during their hours and they did not respond. Ugh. This review is NOT fake. Update: Thanks for telling me with a reply. I’ll give it 3 stars, because you didn’t update it on your site when needed and you also didn’t get back to me by email or call or anything.
