I ordered the videogame a week ago and it still has not arrived. The people were kind enough though to inform me that there was an issue with the delivery and that I should have it soon.

Even though I made a mistake reading the stock date of the product I ordered they still upgraded my delivery so I could get it as fast as possible! Amazing service!

I’ve never experienced such a bad customer service. Just awful! After I’ve return the product I’ve been told that there’s damage on the box and they need to charge me £40 for it. First the package has never been opened and it was in the condition that was sent to me, but they’ve said this so they can cover their shipping costs. After I’ve spoke with the manager, who was incredibly rude and not helpful at all, I was left with no choice but just to have it send back to me. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to get anything from here. The worst experience ever!

We couldn’t get a hold of a ps5 anywhere!! When we finally found one on here we were a bit worried as we’ve never heard of Electric Games before, but it turned out to be a smart choice! The console arrived within 2 days and I have one very happy hubby at home!
