Its broken already
Its broken already. The poles are so flimsy they broke on first use. Hardly built for toddlers. My previous dark den was of much sturdier build, despite costing less and it lasted for 10 years without a single issue. Very disappointed.

Sadly Not a great experience
Ordered 6x toys of the same item for a class I was given. One arrived. Telephoned + was told it was a warehouse error + the other 5 would be sent out. Four more arrived… Telephoned and was told they would look into it and get last item sent out. Lady I spoke to was very polite and apologetic. But being a business owner myself I expect higher standards and therefore wouldn’t use this company again.
