Educational Toys shipped to wrong address, ignored all phone calls and emails. I've had to chase the courier myself to try to recitify, but still no delivery or response. Extremely poor. Post your response - I have been in touch and customer service has denied using the wrong address despite me sending a photo of the package, compete with original label and then parcelforce's updated label with the correct address...
