Perfect touch up pen for our composite front. Colour matching was perfect. Happy with the price paid for the product and delivery timescale was good. The only slightly disappointing thing was the postage cost.

Wrong item supplied.
I came in today for a window trim. I asked your counter staff for a specific size of 60mm and he said yes we have it & proceeded to process the sale. I collected it at the rear entrance & put it in the van and went back to my job. I then realized he had given me the wrong size trim so I had to return to get the correct one. On my return, I told him he gave me the wrong size and he said no it's the 65-75mm. I clearly asked him for the size I required and he then said oh you will need to trim it down. If he had told me in the beginning you don't do a 60mm then I would have gone somewhere else and not wasted my time & fuel. Darren Managing Director H & G Services

Michael excellent , delivery driver not so !!
Michael in the office was excellent , very prompt in responding to emails , very patient , very good , But the driver(caught on ring doorbell) just put my 5m package on drive and took photo of it and went without ringing the doorbell , it was about an hour after delivery that I realised it was there , so checked ring and saw the above , bloody good job my package wasn’t stolen !! So for this reason I cannot give 5 stars as this just isn’t good enough !!
