Perfect touch up pen for our composite front. Colour matching was perfect. Happy with the price paid for the product and delivery timescale was good. The only slightly disappointing thing was the postage cost.

Very helpful as our project was delayed requiring later delivery to site than expected. The local store were very obliging in holding our door until we needed it.

Amazing service and support
Amazing service to help me resolve an issue with a skylight. I wasn't Edge's customer really, the contractor was, but I could not have sorted it out without the support I received from Edge. From the moment I contacted Tristan at the Chichester branch I was treated with the utmost care and attention from ensuring I got the correct part to giving advice and guidance for the install. It wasn't a big money job at all but it meant a lot to me to get it resolved and every time I called I was made to feel valued and respected. Can't recommend them highly enough. I was so impressed. Tristan listened carefully to what I needed and was sympathetic to the situation, which occurred due to the wiring instructions being discarded. He was always keen to help and called me back promptly when I left messages. Another member of the team even offered to drive over to Portsmouth from Brighton to help if needed. The part only cost £90. Excellent customer service.

The product is superb
The product is superb, OGA60VF] 60 x 18mm x 5m Ogee Architrave Brilliant White Grained This is an exact match for the Residence 9 Range of White grained UPVC Window system. We have an unusual arrangement where each window has an architrave around it. Colour and profile matches. The description says Nearest RAL colour 9010. Which appears not to match with the RAL code that R9 have Edge were very helpful sending samples and putting effort in to satisfy me that the match would be good which it is. It is exact.
